Investing. By definition, it means devoting effort with the expectation of a worthwhile result.  

But as our Fall 2022 Agent Newsletter explores, investing in tomorrow can take many forms.

• It could mean investing financially, as Donegal’s Chief Investment Officer Tony Viozzi is charged with. Tony shares his insights on the current climate in his piece on Investing Amidst Inflation, beginning on page 4.
• Or, investing in the next generation of leadership – covered on page 16 with a recap of recent big promotions within Mountain States Insurance Group; and again on page 20, with an introduction to Donegal’s new Claims Trainee Program, which recently graduated its first class.
• For others, like northeast Ohio’s Thompson Insurance Group, it means investing in your community. Over the past decade, Thompson Insurance has supported more than 150 charitable organizations throughout its footprint. Read more in our Fall Agent Spotlight, on page 6!
