In this month’s employee spotlight, Donegal® celebrates Kevin Kauffman, a Programmer Analyst based in our Marietta, PA Home Office.
We asked Kevin a few questions to help you get to know him better:
How long have you been with Donegal? 2.5 Years
What do you love most about the work that you do? Coming up with effective solutions for complex problems, collaborating with so many folks across different teams, and working with a great group of employees.
Why is the Home Office Region such a great place to be? There are countless activities to do within a short commute of Lancaster County. There’s literally something for everyone! You can be in the mountains one day, on the beach another, or boating on the Susquehanna River another.
Where is your favorite place to travel? Hawaii – the stunning beauty is endless! I was fortunate to attend my CPCU Conferment Ceremony there and absolutely fell in love with the place.
On the weekends, where can we find you? Washing and detailing my vehicles, doing projects at the hunting camp in the mountains, whitetail hunting, saltwater fishing, and hanging poolside with friends and family.
