Rising Insurance Star Executives’ recently released ranking of top insurance internships named Donegal to its list of the RISE Elite 50 Internships for 2025.
Published annually, the RISE Elite 50 Internships list recognizes internship programs in the insurance industry that go above and beyond to develop talent, provide real-world experiences, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

In 2025, Donegal welcomed interns across multiple departments, including Commercial Lines, Marketing, and Enterprise Analytics. RISE’s 2025 Elite 50 Internships were selected based on key criteria that include mentorship opportunities, leadership development, diversity and inclusion efforts, unique approaches to experiential learning, and more.
