Meet Noel Doutrich, a Claim Representative based in Donegal’s Marietta, Pa. Home Office!  

Now in her 18th year at Donegal, Noel spent 14 years in the field as a Claims Rep, before transitioning four years ago into the role of Bodily Injury Representative.

Hi, Noel! What does it mean to you to be There when it matters most™ ?
“In my role here at Donegal, it means guiding customers through the claim process. Many of them have never had a claim before, or they simply need help understanding the process. Being available to answer questions and provide guidance after an accident can help to prevent a potentially frustrating experience for the customer.”

What do you love most about your job?
“I enjoy helping people through process, no matter the claim (auto, slip and fall, etc.). Each claim is unique in itself. Each customer is different, and the handling of each claim needs to be tailored to that customer.”

Where can we find you in your off time?
“I enjoy being outdoors whenever I can! I am an avid golfer, and I am on the planning committee for the 21st Annual Devin Bunner Memorial Golf Outing, held in Central Pennsylvania every June. I’ve also recently taken up fishing, and am learning more about it each time out! I have been actively involved with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for over 25 years, working on the planning committee for the annual York (Pennsylvania) MS Walk, as well as participating and being captain of our walk team, “Sheila’s Striders”. When I’m not doing those things, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.”
