Donegal® Launches New Commercial Lines Service Center
MARIETTA, PA (January 4, 2024) – Donegal Insurance Group® announced this week the launch of its new Commercial Lines Service Center, which will serve as an added, dedicated resource for the regional carrier’s small business customers.
Led by Commercial Lines Service Center Manager Demetrios Axarlis and a team of four account managers, Donegal’s Service Center is already assisting policyholders with policy changes, coverage inquiries, certificates and policy reviews, among other services.

Donegal’s Service Center officially opened in Fall 2023 with a small group of select agencies, with plans to expand to additional agencies in 2024.
“Often, agencies have to remember 30 different guidelines for 30 different carriers,” Axarlis added. “By utilizing Donegal’s Service Center a conduit, agents and policyholders can reduce their numbers of touchpoints, as policyholders will have direct access to a licensed underwriter.”
